Barbaraโs path into meditation, sound, and yoga began early through the practice of spiritual fasting. Her own journey with back health led her to therapeutic yoga, where the spine became the key to guiding people back into deep awareness of their bodies. She is passionate about creating spaces of stillness โ moments where the noise of everyday life fades, and a quiet connection to yourself can unfold.
With over 600 hours of teacher training in Integral Yoga, Yin, Meditation, Sound, and Psychedelic Breathยฎ, Barbara blends her knowledge with an intuitive, heartfelt approach. She works with Tibetan singing bowls and crystal bowls to deepen the experience of sound, always rooted in mindfulness and breath.
Her classes are calm yet powerful, inviting you to find more clarity, balance, and softness within yourself.
