February invites a softer lift. Less starting over. More lightness, from within.
This session is designed to gently uplift โ your mood, your energy, your sense of self.
A space to come back into your body and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and quietly energised.
We begin with a fluid, uplifting yoga flow with Pilates-inspired elements.
Movement that strengthens from within, opens the body, and creates a sense of ease and spaciousness.
Guided by breath and rhythm โ steady, smooth, and naturally energising.
As the body warms and energy begins to rise, we slow down just enough to integrate and settle.
Small pauses allow sensations to land, helping you notice a subtle lift โ in posture, breath, and mood.
We close with a short grounding meditation, so the lightness stays with you โ calm, present, and embodied.
Held in a small group of max. 8 participants, this session offers connection without crowding โ supportive, open, and unforced.

Her classes create a calm, supportive space to slow down, reconnect with the body, and move with awareness and compassion.Drawing from gentle, restorative, and yin yoga, Lena guides her sessions with a grounded, attentive approach โ inviting softness, release, and reflection through mindful movement and breath.
