๐“†‡ Awakening Flow & Integration

March brings a subtle shift. More light. More movement. A gentle sense of coming back online.

This session invites you to wake up the body and senses โ€” slowly, intentionally, and without rush.
A space to re-connect with your energy and feel clear, present, and ready for whatโ€™s next.

We begin with a fluid yoga flow with Pilates-inspired elements.
Movement designed to mobilise, warm, and awaken the body, building strength and lightness through breath and rhythm โ€” focused, dynamic, yet grounded.

As the energy rises, we create moments of integration and pause.
Short phases of stillness allow the body to absorb the movement, helping clarity and alertness settle naturally.

We close with a short grounding meditation, so the sense of wakefulness remains steady, calm, and embodied.

Held in a small group of max. 8 participants, this session balances shared energy and personal space โ€” supportive, open, and unforced.

  • Open to all levels.

    No prior experience in yoga or journaling is required.
    The session is guided in a way that allows you to move at your own pace and adapt everything to your body.

    No performance. No pressure.

  • Guided by Lena

    Lenaโ€™s teaching is rooted in presence rather than performance.
    Her classes create a calm, supportive space to slow down, reconnect with the body, and move with awareness and compassion.

    Drawing from gentle, restorative, and yin yoga, Lena guides her sessions with a grounded, attentive approach โ€” inviting softness, release, and reflection through mindful movement and breath.

    Everything else is provided.
    High-quality mats, yoga props, and writing materials are available in the studio.
    Youโ€™re welcome to bring your own notebook if you prefer โ€” paper and pens are provided if needed.

  • The session is held in English.

    Youโ€™re welcome to journal in any language that feels natural to you.

  • The Sunday Morning Club is a monthly ritual โ€”
    a curated space for mindful movement, reflection, and presence.

    Each session follows the rhythm of the season and invites you to slow down, reconnect with your body, and begin your Sunday with intention.
