March brings a subtle shift. More light. More movement. A gentle sense of coming back online.
This session invites you to wake up the body and senses โ slowly, intentionally, and without rush.
A space to re-connect with your energy and feel clear, present, and ready for whatโs next.
We begin with a fluid yoga flow with Pilates-inspired elements.
Movement designed to mobilise, warm, and awaken the body, building strength and lightness through breath and rhythm โ focused, dynamic, yet grounded.
As the energy rises, we create moments of integration and pause.
Short phases of stillness allow the body to absorb the movement, helping clarity and alertness settle naturally.
We close with a short grounding meditation, so the sense of wakefulness remains steady, calm, and embodied.
Held in a small group of max. 8 participants, this session balances shared energy and personal space โ supportive, open, and unforced.

Her classes create a calm, supportive space to slow down, reconnect with the body, and move with awareness and compassion.Drawing from gentle, restorative, and yin yoga, Lena guides her sessions with a grounded, attentive approach โ inviting softness, release, and reflection through mindful movement and breath.
