Sometimes the best thing you can do is pause. Breathe. And take a moment to listen beneath all the noise.
This class is for you if life feels overwhelming—if your thoughts are racing, your body feels tense, and you’re stuck in autopilot. Maybe you’ve heard of breathwork before and felt curious, but didn’t know where to start.
Sunday Ritual is a monthly space to slow down and reconnect—with your breath, your body, and yourself.
In this beginner-friendly session, we’ll gently introduce you to breathwork: what it is, how it affects your nervous system, and how it can support you when life feels heavy or out of balance.
You don’t need to understand everything—this is about feeling what happens when you start to breathe with more awareness.
After a short intro, we’ll move into a soft, guided practice supported by music and held in a calm setting.
No experience needed. No pressure. Just space to notice, release, and breathe more deeply.
At the end of the session, we’ll give you a first gentle taste of Psychedelic Breath®—a dynamic breathwork method that combines ancient techniques with modern electronic music. It includes active breathing and breath holds that help shift brain waves and bring you into a deeper state of clarity and presence.
This part is just a short preview to explore what this technique feels like and how it might support you in a different way.
We’ll close the session with a delicious, nourishing brunch.

With a background in over 600 hours of teacher training—including Psychedelic Breath®, meditation, and sound—she creates calm, grounded spaces where people can reconnect with themselves through breath. Her approach is gentle yet profound, using the breath as a tool to release tension, quiet the mind, and access deeper layers of presence. Stillness and spaciousness are central to her sessions, allowing participants to tune in, feel, and realign. -
