Barbara’s journey with Psychedelic Breath® began as a personal search for clarity—and became a transformative key in her life and work. Today, she guides others through this powerful breathing technique to access deeper states of consciousness, emotional release, and inner alignment.
Rooted in over 600 hours of training in integral yoga, yin, meditation, sound, and breath, Barbara’s sessions are both grounded and expansive. Her background in health yoga and her sensitivity to the spine as an emotional gateway allow her to create spaces that are safe, embodied, and deeply resonant.
In her Psychedelic Breath® sessions, Barbara combines conscious breathing with curated music, intention, and silence. She integrates the vibrational power of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls to support the journey—helping participants shift from overthinking to inner knowing.
For Barbara, breath is more than a practice. It’s a portal to presence, a tool for transformation, and a reminder that everything we seek already lives within us.
