A morning ritual

Some Sundays ask nothing of you.
Sunday morning light. A room that holds whatever you bring.
We move gently, breathe slowly, and find our way back to stillness — through yoga,
guided meditation, and a quiet moment at the end to write, or simply to be.
Once a month. A small group of max 8. Two hours that belong to you.
You leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more like yourself again.

This session is open to everyone.
No previous yoga experience is required.The movement is slow and gentle, with space to follow your own rhythm.
You are welcome exactly as you are. -
• comfortable, warm clothing
• cozy Socks
Everything else is provided.
High-quality mats, yoga props, and writing materials are available in the studio.
You’re welcome to bring your own notebook if you prefer — paper and pens are provided if needed. -

Lena gently guides the movement and holds the space for the morning. Her approach is calm, grounded, and attentive — inviting the body to slow down and reconnect through simple, mindful movement.
