The movements are instinctive and accessible — guided by rhythm, breath, and the pace your body naturally knows.

Barbara’s journey into meditation, sound, and yoga began early through the practice of spiritual fasting. Her own experience with back health led her to therapeutic yoga, where the spine became the key to guiding people back into deep awareness of their bodies. She is passionate about creating spaces where movement and stillness meet – moments where the noise of everyday life fades, and a quiet connection to yourself can unfold.
With over 600 hours of teacher training in Integral Yoga, Yin, Meditation, Sound, and Psychedelic Breath®, Barbara blends her knowledge with an intuitive, heartfelt approach.
In Shake the Dust, she combines her love for mindful movement and rhythm to help you shake off tension, stress, and stuck emotions. The practice begins with grounding stillness, slowly builds into an instinctive shaking flow, and gently lands in soft rest – a journey that leaves you feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply connected to yourself.
Her classes are calm yet powerful, always rooted in mindfulness and breath, inviting you to find more clarity, balance, and softness within yourself.
